Ian from MIND visited us across two days to speak with our students about stress, anxiety and depression. The workshops focused on recognising the causes and symptoms of anxiety and stress, as well as coping strategies that can lead to recovery. There was superb advice on self care as well as information regarding other support services. There are leaflets and handouts in the Library and the Student Study Room for students. The sessions were fantastic and perfect timing ahead of exams.
