8:45am – 9:45am : Period 1
9:50am – 10:50am: Period 2
10:50am – 11:10am : Break
11:10am – 12:10pm : Period 3
12:10pm – 1:10pm : Lunch Period (this is a teaching period – if you have a lesson at this time we make every effort to ensure that you have a free period either before or after)
1:10pm – 2:10pm : Period 4
2:15pm – 3:15pm : Period 5
Students are welcome to be on site before and after the timetabled day. We often have students who arrive from 8.15 in the morning and some who stay until 5.00pm. Every student and member of staff is issued with an ID card and you use this card to swipe in and out of the site.
We offer a bespoke timetable. You will be expected to attend all timetabled lessons, tutor time, timetabled study periods and arranged meetings. In your study time outside of these, you may choose to study on the College premises or off-site.
At Dereham Sixth Form College we do not have a prescribed uniform. The dress code is sensible dress, appropriate to a learning working environment.
